A. Classes:
1. Pro Mod (Lexan Pan bodies)
2. Pro stock (lexan TC style bodies)
3. Pro Am AWD (4500 Kv, lexan)
4. Box Stock
5. AAA Super Stock
6. Lipo stock 2500 (28SRA rules)
7. Formula 1 (28sra spec, 13t)
8. 3500 GT (28sra spec)
B. Commercially available rule requirement (applies to all unless specified)
1.Parts and accessories must be made commercially available for a minimum of 2 weeks before an event.
2. 3D printed parts will be allowed if they meet the stipulations above.
3. 3D Printed wheels are NOT allowed.
4. Anything else is considered prototype and will not be permitted at a sanctioned event.
C. 2WD GT Class Specifications: These rules apply to all 2wd classes unless otherwise noted in the specific class rules.
1. Any Commercially available 2WD Solid Axle Rear Chassis is allowed to compete.
(Includes 3D printed Kits. So long as they are available for purchase, printed)
2. Max Wheelbase of 98mm Min of 94mm (102mm is allowed in AAA Class)
3. Max Track Width of 80mm
4. No IRS Rear Suspension
5. Minimum weight, ready to run: 160g.
6. pinions size is restricted in some classes (PN colored pinions only)
7. NO AFTERMARKET OR OPTIONAL ROTORS ALLOWED
D. F1 Specifications:
1. Any Commercially available 2WD Solid Axle Rear Chassis is allowed to compete.
(Includes 3D printed Kits. So long as they are available for purchase, printed)
2. Wheelbase of 112mm – 116mm
3. 80mm Maximum width
4. No IRS Rear Suspension
5. commercially available kits only (conversions need to be approved before registration ends)
6. 140g Minimum Weight
7. 2500kv Motor Rules Apply.
8. Blinky ESC
9. 13/53 gearing, PN legal yellow spurs only PN
10. No “Rolling Bearing” Wings Allowed.
11. Wings and Bodies must be realistic in their running form. As this is subjective,
the organization reserves the right to dictate which wings and bodies are deemed
legal. Non-OEM parts are subject to approval.
12. Cars must be decorated with realistic racing liveries simulating a full-scale car.
Fantasy liveries are allowed. If Helmet is available in body, must be painted in or decorated. No RC Paint Schemes. No exceptions.
E. 2500kv / 3500AAA GTLM Body Rules
1. Minimum Weight of 24g
2. Max Width of 82mm
3. Minimum Height of 32mm
4. Max Length of 180mm
5. Windows and headlights must be installed. Headlights can be stickered on or painted on. Windows must be translucent.
6. Max Wing Height 45mm at the tallest point. Including side dams.
7. Max Wing Dimensions:
• 20mm Length
• 83mm Width
• 13mm Height
8. Lexan Roofs allowed
9. Lexan Wing Allowed in all classes, subject to dimensions of:
• Max Width: 83mm
• Max Length: 20mm
• Max Height: 13mm
10. Approved Bodies:
• Any Kyosho Autoscale, 94-102mm Body in intended wheelbase are allowed
• Jomurema GT-01, Radbody Piranha, PN C9 Concept Allowed only in 29.5T Classes
• All other bodies are subject to approval
F. 3500kv GT (LEXAN) Body Rules
This is a class inspired by GT/Exotic Style cars. As such, please refer to the approved body list.
1. Minimum Weight 12g. No exceptions
2. Max Width of 82mm
3. Minimum height when mounted on the car of 32mm
4. Maximum Length of 170mm
5. Window and headlight detail must be molded into the body. Decals must be present for front lights and translucent front, and side windows must be present.
6. Max Wing Height 45mm at tallest point. This includes side dams.
7. Max Wing Dimensions:
• 80mm Width
• 20mm Length Max
• 13mm Height max
8. Bodies Allowed:
• Bodies must meet a minimum weight of 10g. Realistic looking bodies are required. No 10th scale TC Style bodies or bodies that do not meet the spirit of a GT/ Super Car Style body. Final decision is at the organizer’s discretion.

1. PN Racing: C9, CXR, M4GT3, JSK, 992 GT3, GT4, Supra A90
2. Marka: MK4, MK5, PZR, AMGT, RK-12, RK408
3. Radbody: Mako GT/X/X2, Catfish

G. Tire and Wheel Rules: Any Commercially available wheel and tire will be allowed. No 3D Printed wheels are allowed.
1. For 2500 LiPo and 3500T (3500) AAA Stock classes:
• REAR MAX wheel width: not including outer lip 11.2mm
• FRONT MAX wheel width: not including outer lip 8.7mm
2. For 3500gt, Open and F1 Classes:
• REAR MAX wheel width: not including outer lip 14.2mm
• FRONT MAX wheel width: not including outer lip 11.2mm
3.Applies to All Classes:
• DIAMETER: Max wheel tire surface diameter: 20.2mm (F/R) Minimum 19.0mm (F/R)
• Plastic wheel disks shall be allowed so long as they are attached
mechanically or bonded (no tape to attach them) and the diameter is the same or smaller than the tire diameter. If the car fails post-race inspection, this is grounds for disqualification. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• When using outer lip wheels, the diameter of the lip must be the same or smaller than the diameter of the rubber tire. If the car fails post-race inspection, this is grounds for disqualification. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• TIRE MAX DIAMETER, WHEN MOUNTED ON WHEEL, shall be 25.2mm across all categories.
H. ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT RULES:
1. 2500/3500 blinky CLASSES ESC:
• Any brushless ESC shall be allowed so long as it can be set to non-timing mode, and this setting can be kept locked while racing. What this means: Bluetooth modifications cannot be made in real time. There must be a sequence of blinking lights made recognizable by the manufacturer to prove that the ESC is in this setting. ESC MUST BE USED IN SENSORED MODE.
2. 3500 OPEN CLASS ESC:
• Any Brushless, Sensored ESC can be used. ESC MUST BE USED IN SENSORED MODE.
3. 3500 AAA Class
• Kyosho MR-03 EVO Sensor-less or MR-04 EVO Sensored board allowed.
• MR-04 electronics will run sensored and MR-03 will be sensorless.
4. Batteries
• 7.4v LiPo batteries 8.4v max (no run off) only in LiPo classes. NO HV
• 480mah max capacity, Can run off voltage before a run.
• 4x AAA Commercially available 1.25v NiMh Batteries for AAA 3500 Class. Box stock is Gens Ace 750 mah batteries only NO EXCEPTIONS
• Labels must be present on batteries. They must be easily identified and of commercial quality.
I. STOCK/SPEC CLASS MOTORS AND GEARING OF SUCH
1. Strict KV limits, checked without Sensor Cable on Hobbywing Tunalyzer:
• 2800 Kv for 2500
• 3800Kv for 3500
2. Minimum Stator Resistance Per 2 phases:
• 1.1 ohm per pole for 2500 Motor
• 0.55 ohm per pole for 3500 Motor
3. Rotor Design:
• Diameter of magnet: 6.10mm Maximum 5.90 Minimum
• Diameter of shaft: 2.00 mm • Height of Magnet: 14.5mm
• no aftermarket or optional rotors (RS145r or RS145t)
4.Timing:
• Motors may have timing advance on the can/end bell. This must be default by manufacturer. No tampering will be allowed. This means, no clocking the end bell, no modification to screw area or bonding. No EXCEPTIONS.
5. Modifications:
• Ceramic Bearing replacement is allowed.
6. Dimensions:
Motor Can shall be subject to maximum diameter rules of:
• Height: 26.00mm (not including bearing on motor side, this can protrude a maximum of 1.50mm.)
• Diameter: 15.00mm
J. RACING FORMAT:
1. Events will be limited to 100 entries, plus fill ins to complete heats.
2. Number or participants per heat is 6 for qualifiers and 8 for mains
3. Each class will run “PN” style ie seeding round, 3 4min qualifiers 8min triple A mains for the A mains and double 6min mains for B and lower
4. Pro can only run Pro stock Pro mod or Pro AM AWD
5. Amateur can not run any Pro classes other than Pro Am AWD
Kyosho Box Stock
Approved Chassis: 86mm-102mm. MR04, MR03
Electronics: Kyosho Mini-Z RTR electronics package. Radio changes are not allowed.
Motor: Kyosho Mabuchi 130 white end bell.
Gearing limit: 2wd Max gearing of 9t pinion/44t spur gear.
Differential: Kit plastic gear differentials, with steel shaft.
Battery: 4xAAA Gens Ace 750mah NiMH batteries.
Body: Kyosho AutoScale, Kyosho White bodies & White bodies. Assembled with all pieces, no lexan windows/roof. Body reinforcement and bumpers are permitted. Clearance issues may be addressed, front splitters may be rounded, but no performance/aero modifications allowed. Wing replacements allowed (no lexan).
Wheels: Mini-Z type wheels, plastic only. Front: 8.5 x 20mm max. Rear: 11 x 20mm max. Must fit inside body. No “disc” wheels No printed wheels
Tires: Any Brand Rubber tires. No silicone. No tire sauces. 70% alcohol to clean allowed.
Performance/Durability option parts: Kingpin Flip, bearings, T-plates, wheel nuts, servo gears, motor wire upgrade max 20g, aluminum front knuckles 0°, aluminum toe in/out plate 0° (KY/R246).kyosho brand front springs (no PN)
2WD Super Stock AAA
Stock Class Driver Restriction: 2005-2025 PNWC Final any classes A Main top 3 position drivers, NOT allowed in this class.
Chassis: Kyosho Mini-Z Racer MR01, MR015, MR02, MR03, MR04, MRC MR01 and PNR2.5W. 90mm-98mm wheel base only. Body: Kyosho Mini-Z, TRP Scale and Jomurema GT01, GL 488 Lambo, Silver Horse R8 body, PN Racing Concept C9 ABS Body, Radbody Piranha Plastic Body #RAD012, and Reflex MF-1 P age | 4 LeMans body NOT allowed, full windshield and window must be installed, except for clearance, Lexan Window and Lexan Roof with original shape design allowed. Minimum weight limit 24g.
Motor: motor PN Brushless Sensorless V4 3500kv #164435, all motor come with standard 14.5 rotor, and all motor will inspected by motor checker machine, make sure all motor running on same performance, and all motor will be sealed with security label, if the label removed or broken will be VOID.
Fixed Gear ratio 64 Pitch 16 Pinion (#416416WC Blue, #426416WC Blue, #MR2716WC Blue) / 53T Spur Gear (#MR2953WC Yellow, #MR2055-T53WC Yellow, #RX2853WC Yellow, MWX Slipper Diff 53T Yellow, Xbility One 53T Yellow ONLY. ESC: Kyosho ASF VE VE Pro MR03S RWD, MR04 RTR ESC, EVO and PN 16A ESC (#500807 and #500807A). Gyro and Receiver build in Gyro is not allowed.
Battery: Cars must be powered by four AAA batteries. Alkaline, Ni-MH or Ni-Cd batteries may be used. No other type of battery may be used. For example: Lithium Polymer may not be used. Additional battery for transponder allowed.
Option Parts: Any aftermarket brand Mini-Z production parts allowed, any homemade parts, 3D print performance parts and prototype parts not allowed. Allowed 3D Print Transponder Holder, Body Side Clips, Body Front Mount, ESC Holder and Front Bumper. Wheel: All brand Plastic and Aluminum Mini-Z production wheel rims are allowed. Maximum front wheel width is 8.5mm. Maximum rear wheel width is 11mm. Maximum wheel diameter is 20mm. All wheel rims must be original design made for Mini-Z RACER, any modification is not allowed, any slot-car design wheel and 3D print wheel not allowed.
Tire: Any Brand of Rubber Mini-Z production tire ONLY. Homemade tires, Foam tires, Silicon tires, Urethane tires, Ethyl Carbamate tires NOT allowed. No tire insert use. Traction compounds NOT allowed on tire or on race surface. Tire installed to wheel maximum diameter 25.5mm. Tire warmers are allowed. Tires may be cleaned with a 70% alcohol solution. P age | 5 If a driver uses tire cleaner that has been deemed illegal, the driver will be subject to any penalties that apply. Please address any questions concerning tire cleaners at the drivers meeting. Minimum Weight: Whole car with everything 160g.
2500 lipo stock
Approved Chassis: Any 1/28 scale 2S-lipo based chassis (ex: Atomic, GL Racing, RTRC, MWX, Reflex Racing, etc. 86-102mm wheelbase.
Electronics: Open brand, blinky mode (No turbo/timing/boost/etc.)
Motor: 2500kv/2S
Gear limit: 2500kv/2S = 12P/53S. Performance/Durability option parts: Open.
Body: Kyosho or GL, Mini-Z compatible purpose-built hard body. Lexan window & wings permitted. Bodies may be altered for wheelbase, but the body must cover the tires viewed from above. Small body parts may be omitted. Front splitters and body sides may be trimmed for track clearance.
Wheels: Mini-Z type wheels, plastic or aluminum. Front: 8.5 x 20mm max. Rear: 11 x 20mm max. Must fit inside the body.
Tires: Rubber tires from any company. No silicone. No tire sauces. 70% alcohol permitted to clean tires.
Formula 1
Approved Chassis: MWX F1, GLF1, FX28, or GL Formula One.
Electronics: Open, blinky
Motor: 2500kv (Gearing: 13P/53S.)
Body/Paint: F1 Livery/Theme encouraged.
Wheels/Tires: MWX, PN 'F1 specific' wheels must be 11mm/14mm . Any tire combos are allowed. 19mm-20mm wheels allowed.
3500 (GT)
Approved Chassis & Parts Mfgs: Any 1/28 chassis. 86-102mm wheelbase.
Electronics: Open brand.
